Electric Vehicle Fire Suppression Solution - portable extinguishing water tank

 
Recently there are lots of fire cases reported from the electric vehicle.
The EV fire case is quite different with other vehicle fire, with lithium-ion battery it can be very dangerous.
The lithium-ion battery caught on fire, it can give off huge amount of heat and fire and lead to the Thermal runaway which spread the fire cell to cell of the rest of the battery.
 
The key is to cool down the battery as soon as possible, and the most popular way is to sink down – flooding the battery to water.

1. The potable mobile water tank have an independent air chamber with an upper chamber (air injection) and a lower chamber (water injection)
2. Pull the connecting line of CO₂ cylinder of upper air chamber and expand the tank shape. It takes about 2 min. (The air respirator cylinder of firefighters as personal respiratory protection equipment can be used also)
3. 4 people move the tank over the fired vehicle, connect water hose to lower chamber, and fill the tank.
4. Fill the water tank and also can spray water toward the fired vehicle.
